User Interface Design Lead

As the CIG User Experience Design Lead, you will establish, plan and implement and manage the user interface design for projects, GUI prototypes, and HTML page design. You will work with the product development team to design online user experiences for the Web sites. The Design Lead will assess customer impacts, create solutions, and ensure coordination and communication of impacts to key stakeholders. You will interface with internal and external vendors, and Systems departments, and will be responsible for detailed documentation and regular status reporting.
The Design Lead will manage a team performing User Interface Design and Information Architecture tasks as well as perform those tasks. The Design Lead must have the prerequisite user interface design and management experience with deep skills with Usability best practices, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design. Strong communication skills are required as well as the ability to multi-task and drive and advise towards decisions. Strong experience with Design and Project Management PC applications required.
