  • Interaction Designer-Bank of America’s eCommerce/ATM team is seeking an experienced interaction designer to lead user-centered design processes to ensure that web-based products, applications, and marketing pages are easy to use and help customers fulfill their goals.
  • Content Manager-The Content Manager will play a very key role on the eCommerce User-Centered Design and Research (UCD&R) team. This team’s mission is to create innovative, industry-leading, electronic channel experiences that exceed customer expectations and enable partner success. To fulfill its mission, one of UCD&R’s primary functions is to ensure rapid publishing of site content. The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining content throughout eCommerce using the Content Management System. The person in this role will also function as a technical business analyst and subject matter expert for all content management initiatives.
  • Usability Engineer-Bank of America’s e-Commerce/ATM team is seeking an experienced Usability Engineer to assist in the planning and execution of usability-related activities for e-Commerce initiatives related to www.bankofamerica.com. Responsibilities are similar to those of the Communications Manager II. Lead a team or project that is accountable for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of a company wide communication program. Communications maybe in the form of electronics, print, face-to-face, video or writing. Responsibilities also include the program’s design and production and distribution. May have responsibility to manage, train and develop associates.
